Watch tells you when the public record of an ECZ-ID you follow changes: a signal to inspect the current Resolver proof, not certification, not a trust decision and not an enforced control. A Watch email accepted by the provider is not confirmed inbox arrival. A Watch plan belongs to your TrustOps account and needs no Business Passport.

Every allowance is enforced before chargeable work. At least 20% of a plan's monthly recipient emails are reserved for CRITICAL changes; the reserve is finite and does not guarantee delivery. When an allowance is spent, monitoring and the in-app inbox continue and only that delivery channel pauses until the month resets. There are no automatic overages.

Monitoring of public Graph changes is included in every paid Watch plan, within its Graph Watch root allowance. It is not ECZ-ID Graph Intelligence, which is a separate product with its own plans, prices and query allowances; no Watch plan includes Graph Intelligence.
