Delivery, refunds and what this is not

Delivered electronically after successful payment: the download is made available through Shopify Digital Products and the order confirmation, and in your TrustOps Dashboard under My Assurance Kits & Evidence Packs.

A completed business download is not refundable on a change of mind, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. A corrupted, inaccessible, materially incomplete or misdescribed file is remedied — tell us with your order details.
